jeetbuz Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before opening an account on the jeetbuz platform. By starting to use the service, you are considered to have agreed to all the rules below.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeetbuz platform and all its related services. By using the jeetbuz website or mobile application, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms. Reading this document in full before using any service is mandatory.
jeetbuz is an online betting and gaming platform that provides various gaming services to Bangladeshi users, including cricket betting, slots, live casino, jackpots, and poker. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you understand these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
In these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any member registered on the jeetbuz platform. "Platform" means the jeetbuz website, mobile app, and all associated digital channels.

1.1 Precedence of Terms
The Bengali version of these Terms takes precedence over any version translated into English or any other language. If a conflict arises in any clause, the interpretation by jeetbuz authority shall be considered final.
1.2 Third-Party Services
Third-party game providers integrated into the jeetbuz platform (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI) operate under their own terms of service. jeetbuz is not responsible for technical issues caused by those providers. However, the jeetbuz support team will coordinate user complaints.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on the jeetbuz platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must have a valid national identity card or passport.
- You must be legally residing in Bangladesh.
- One person may operate only one account.
- You must provide accurate personal information in your account.
If any user opens an account using a false age or identity, jeetbuz authority reserves the right to immediately close that account and confiscate the associated funds. No appeal against this decision will be accepted.
2.1 Identity Verification
jeetbuz authority reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may involve requesting copies of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Account Registration
When registering with jeetbuz, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other required information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. jeetbuz is not responsible for any losses that may result from sharing this information with others. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. If there is suspicion of multiple accounts being operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, jeetbuz may suspend all associated accounts for investigation.
3.3 Updating Account Information
If your contact details change (mobile number, email, etc.), you must update them in your account. jeetbuz will not be responsible for any communication breakdown caused by outdated information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Common payment methods available in Bangladesh can be used for transactions on the jeetbuz platform. All financial transactions are completed through secure and encrypted connections.

4.1 Deposit Policy
Deposited funds must come from your own account. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned if necessary. Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account instantly; if there is a delay, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, that portion of the bonus cannot be withdrawn — however, your own original deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time. For bank transfers, major scheduled banks in Bangladesh are supported, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank.
4.3 Transaction Verification
jeetbuz authority reserves the right to investigate any unusual transaction. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions, and processing may be temporarily suspended.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jeetbuz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting. Accepting a bonus automatically applies the associated wagering requirements.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Weekly Reward
Under the weekly jeetbuz reward, a 20% bonus is available on any deposit each week, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times and the minimum deposit is ৳300. Example: a ৳2,000 deposit gives a ৳400 bonus, wagering = ৳400 × 15 = ৳6,000.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
- Funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, jeetbuz may cancel that bonus.
- jeetbuz authority reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Once all bets on the jeetbuz platform are finalized, they cannot be changed. For cricket, football, and other sports betting, bets can be cancelled up until the event begins.
6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting
Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments. If a match is cancelled due to rain or other reasons, bet results are determined according to the decision of the umpires or governing authority. Matches completed using the Duckworth-Lewis method are treated as complete matches.
6.2 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which keeps every result completely independent and unpredictable. There is no way to influence game outcomes, and any such attempt is prohibited.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game or bet is interrupted midway due to server or network issues, jeetbuz authority will verify the details of the relevant session and make a decision. Limited compensation may be considered for losses caused by technical errors.
6.4 Multi-Bet Rules
A full win in a multi-bet requires all selections to be successful. If one selection fails, the entire bet is lost. In decimal odds format: 1.40, 1.60, and 1.80 — the combined odds of a multi-bet with these three selections would be 1.40 × 1.60 × 1.80 = 4.03 (approximately), so a ৳100 stake would return ৳403 — only if all three selections win.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the jeetbuz platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and full confiscation of funds:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them play.
- Using fraudulent activities, software, or automated methods to place bets.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds for criminal purposes.
- Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Attempting to bypass geographical restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
- Providing false information to or misleading the jeetbuz support team.
7.1 Investigation of Suspicious Activity
jeetbuz authority may review the activity of any account at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. The outcome of an investigation is final and binding.
Account Suspension and Closure
jeetbuz authority may suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to provide required identity verification documents.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).
- By court order or for legal reasons.
- At the user's own request.
8.1 Funds During Suspension
If an account is suspended, the user's own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) remain protected. If the investigation is completed and no violation is proven, the funds will be returned. However, if a violation is proven, jeetbuz reserves the right to confiscate the funds.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If a user wishes to close their account, please contact the support team. An opportunity will be given to withdraw the remaining balance before closure. If active bonus wagering requirements are unfulfilled, those bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
Responsible Gaming Policy

9.1 Self-Set Limits
jeetbuz allows users to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. These limits take effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a specified waiting period.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
If a user feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can apply for self-exclusion for a set period or permanently. While this is active, no bonus offers will be sent.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between jeetbuz and a user, the first step will be to resolve it through discussion. Once a user submits a complaint through the support channel, jeetbuz will review it as quickly as possible.

10.2 Final Decision
Decisions made by jeetbuz regarding game results, bonuses, and account matters will be considered final, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. System logs and data will be used as proof of accuracy.

Intellectual Property

Changes to Terms
jeetbuz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered mobile number or email.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. The date of each update will be noted on this page.
12.1 Severability
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause does not void the entire terms.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms represent the entire agreement between jeetbuz and the user and replace any prior verbal or written understandings. Informal promises made via email, chat, or social media are not part of these terms.
